Hiburim’s social

initiative in agriculture

The Social Project of the Chiburim in Agriculture Organization was established several years ago to address the challenges facing farmers specifically, and to support and develop agriculture in Israel more broadly

We assist hundreds of agricultural farms across the country with the help of thousands of volunteers throughout the year. Our uniqueness lies in the personal connection we maintain with farmers and our ability to understand the needs of each farmer and provide tailored solutions

The Iron Swords War and the challenges of the current period have strengthened our commitment to providing comprehensive and swift responses for the rehabilitation and fortification of the areas surrounding Israel in the north and south, as well as the restoration of agriculture throughout the country. The organization operates through various projects in the fields of agriculture, the rehabilitation of towns and moshavim, educational initiatives, and more. Our activities are carried out by task forces, young people in national service, employees, and volunteers from all segments of the population

A special emphasis in the organization's activities is placed on agriculture. Chiburim in Agriculture regards this field as a fundamental component of the revival of the State of Israel. Agriculture in Israel represents a connection between the past and the future, linking us to the land and our shared roots

True to this vision, we work to provide a comprehensive and inclusive response to farmers and agriculture. We, the men and women of the organization, its employees and volunteers, have bound our fate to the revival and building of the land. Many of us are also reservists, deeply committed to the values of mutual responsibility and engagement

We believe that it is our historic turn to take part in and take responsibility for the Zionist endeavor, the building of the land, and the revival of Israel
